I am base myself out of Peak Movement Clinic - Millbrook House, Milton.
This has a Private gym ideal for 1-1 PT, together with a studio & private therapy rooms.

My fitness journey
I was never very sporty at school, but it wasn't so much that I didn't want to be, I just had no confidence. Later I joined gyms, and gained a good fitness level. Life took over, I suffered a bad injury at work and let it all go. In my early forties, I was very unfit, very overweight, and becoming increasingly unhappy with how was. Then a couple of events made me think, I looked in the mirror and the penny dropped, I was horrified at what I saw. So I turned it around. Firstly I was encouraged back into the gym, then into a few classes, followed by some Personal Training, then later joined a running club. Confidence restored, I now take part in regular running & sports events, have several full marathons to my name, and countless other distances. I still work in the public sector, as well as building a career in the fitness industry. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer & continue to enhance my knowledge. I love training others & watching them achieve their fitness goals. Let me help you do the same...

Darren is a brilliant PT, a great motivator and super knowledgeable. I've been seeing him regularly for the past year and have benefited significantly from his training. He has a brilliant sense of humour and there are always a few giggles between my huffing and puffing. Can't recommend enough!

Darren is brilliant! Not only does he have incredible knowledge of the body and fitness but he makes everything so fun. I’ve recently come back from a weekend of walking in the Cotswolds and I wanted to share with you how much the training with you has helped me to enjoy it so much more than previously.
I did two 9+ mile walks on consecutive days and had only a small amount of muscle soreness afterwards. This is in real contrast to my usual experience of joint pain and muscle ache and fatigue - which shows me that the sessions I do with you are reaping huge dividends.
I’m sorry that I might seem like a reluctant student at times but please know that I totally appreciate the benefits I have gained from your expert tutoring.
